Present Situation And Countermeasures Of Grass-roots Cadres Education And Training Research In The New Era

The educational training for cadres at primary level has attracted much attention as it is an effective approach to the development of cadres.It is crucial to the educational training that the new situation of it is understood correctly,the difficulties of it are analyzed well,and the efforts for the innovation and development of it are made.We will go into the basic issues which involves the concept,relevant theories,development process,general modes in this article to analyze and solve the difficulties of the training for grass-roots cadres.We took the educational training of Bincheng District,which is in Binzhou City,Shandong Province,for an example,and have drawn the conclusions on their innovative methods,which are establishing field teaching bases,setting up bidirectional appraisal mechanism,training cadres in the institutes,organizing half-day lectures,improving the resource of excellent teachers,giving opportunities for cadres to present,etc.Moreover,there exists some drawbacks as poor awareness and management,unreasonable time arrangement,and incomplete equipment.I have studied the general ways of educational training for grass-roots cadres and proposed concrete solutions in this article based on the theory of public management.They are listed as following three aspects.First,to change the educational concept.Second,to improve the training system.Third,to bring forth new ideas in training methods.This article is for high quality grass-roots cadres cultivation.With the grass-roots work going on smoothly,it is to promote the development of the educational training for them by studying the training methods in new situation.
