Research On The Current Situation Of The Growth Of Young Cadres In The Grass-Roots Agricultural System And The Training Strategies

With the landing of Decision on Implementing the Strategy of Rural Revitalization,a new chapter of the development of agriculture,countryside and farmers in the new era has been officially opened.Implementing the strategy of rural rejuvenation is the inevitable requirement for winning the battle to fight against poverty accurately and build a xwell-off society in an all-round way.It is also the inevitable requirement for solving the problem of insufficient development of agricultural and rural areas and constantly meeting the growing needs of the people for a better life.It is also the realistic need for speeding up the development of agricultural and rural modernization.It is also the need for speeding up the complementary development of shortcomings and stimulating the "three rural areas".Great historical opportunities for the development of dynamism and vitality.The management of industry should be in charge of professionals,and the strategy of Rural Revitalization needs people to implement.After the route is determined,cadres are the key.As an important driving force for the implementation of the Rural Revitalization strategy,grass-roots agricultural system cadres'quality,ability and attitude have a direct impact on the long-term implementation of the Rural Revitalization strategy.Based on the domestic and foreign research theories,this paper summarizes the growth characteristics of young cadres in the grass-roots agricultural system,uses the empirical research methods of literature review,questionnaire survey and in-depth interviews,and makes a thorough analysis of the main ideas of "current situation-problems-countermeasures".Taking the grass-roots agricultural system in Liuzhou as an example,starting with the growth factors of young cadres,through investigation and analysis,this paper summarizes the problems existing in the current grass-roots agricultural system,organizational personnel departments and young cadres themselves.Combining with the characteristics of young cadres and the current background of the times,this paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions for the cultivation of grass-roots cadres in the agricultural system,which can provide information reference for the personnel departments of organizations at all levels and the departments of the agricultural system to cultivate young cadres.
