A Study On Many Problems Of Political Party Modernization

The political party itself is not only the democracy product, but also it is the tool to realize the democracy. But in the reality, as a special political association and the political organization, which has the inertia to seize the benefit and the organization's own characteristic, the political party is very actually easy to cause itself to become "the obstacle" to the democracy, and the only method to solve this problem is to carry on the reform, the innovation to the political party, to accomplish the political party's modernization unceasingly. With utilizing the theory and the knowledge about politics, the political party study, the history and the sociology and so on, this article has systematically elaborated and discussed the reciprocity between the political party modernization and the political democratization, from the beginning of interpreting the party modernization's most basic condition, agent, concept and content. Based on this, from five major aspects of advancing ideology innovation, consolidating ruling foundation, developing the political parties' democracy and the government by law, as well as cultivating the civil society,the article has researched and analyzed the front problems on how Marxist political party to adapt to the trend of the times and to realize its own modernization thoroughly.The thesis comprises four parts: Part I :explains political party modernization's concept and analyzes its historical inevitability. This part insists that the theoretical analysis and the actual instance unify, and analyzes the content of political party modernization in simple language from the angle which believes that dynamic unify static state mutually .Part III: researches the relations between the political party modernization and the political democratization. This part first elaborates the paradox between the political party and the democracy. On the base of this, from the angle that cause is effect mutually this part has made the exhaustive proof to the two's relations between the political party modernization and the political democratization with the quotating abundant instances.Part IV:studies the way choice about the Marxist political party's modernization. This part reflects by the history about the political parties' prosperity and decline in the world, and from the reform and the innovation about the political party itself and its close related parts, discusses how the Marxist political party accomplishes its own modernization thoroughly.
