Research On The Divisions Of Main Domain In Jishou City

"Main Functional Division" is a new concept which was put forward by the government in the 11th "Five Year Plan". It is the theory of the region space management and the great creation of land space development and management method. It has a great significance to put the scientific development perspective into practice. County is the basic unit to the administrative system of our country and it is the basic carrier of environment protection and source development. Research to the main functional division of county will make great realistic effect to further country main functional division. Jishou City in the Hu Nan Province will be put as an example in this thesis. Based on the current theory of Main Functional Division and put the society, economic and resource as the precondition, the author will establish the target system which is made up by the current density bonus, development potential and resource environment bearing capacity, and arrange a ratio by using the AHP. A comprehensive assessment to the density bonus, development potential and resource environment bearing capacity will be implemented through putting the 15 counties as units and make the main functional regionalization through the clustering methodology. In the final, the author will put forward some specific development and management strategies according to the different domains and hope to supply a reference to the continuous development of Jishou City.The thesis is mainly divided into six parts. Chapter one is the introduction. It mainly introduces the background and significance of the thesis. The current abroad and inland research condition also will be briefly introduced in this part.Chapter two is the introduction of the related theories. It mainly expounds the theory foundation and methods of Main Functional Division in foreign countries and China.Chapter three introduces the method and technology system of MFD and it mainly describes the the indicator system of the main functional division.Chapter four is the research about the main domain situation in Jishou City. It combines with the current situation of the city, builds the situation system and uses the method of quantitative analysis to divid the domain in Jishou.Chapter five is the analysis to the results and management strategies of MFD in Jishou City. It mainly describes the direction of development and management strategies. It mainly includes population policies, industrial policy, investment policy, environmental policy, performance evaluation and fiscal policies, etc.Chapter six is the conclusion and perspective part. It summarizes the whole thesis from the index system, traits of the main domain division in Jishou and the control strategy of the city, and then it presented the deficiencies of the research.
