Eu Law Regionalization Study

As one of the most integrated regional organizations in the world, the European Union (EU) is approved of its international political and economic status and its unique legal system. During the past fifty years, the regionalization of EU legal system accelerates the economic development and simultaneously provides new area of research. The practice of the Customs Union and Single European Market are progress of EU integration. The European Union Treaty provides legal basis for common market and currency policies. The regionalization of European legal system has brought enlightenment to the world. With the background of globalization, the conflict of law difference among countries and regions hinders economic development. From this perspective, legal regionalization appears to be the key solution of such problem, of which the development can, in turn, motivates economic globalization. Therefore, to study EU legal regionalization is necessary to be emphasized on. This paper starts from the progress and transformation of EU's regionalization of law, illustrating the main content and problems faced by EU's regionalization of law.
