Research On The Influence From Competency To Career Planning Of The University Communist Youth League Leaders

In recent years, people has took notice of the importance of human resource management based on the competency and career planning increasingly, competency model in our country has become a hot area of research of human resource management, which along with the economic development and the reformation of the personnel system, the gradual renewal of the concept of management. Competency model can promote the recruitment, selection, training, performance management, pay management, career planning and other subsystems of the tasks in the process of human resources management, in order to format a HR system with strategic and powerful significance, and to enhance the organization's competency eventually. As social organizations, colleges or universities have the commitment of the task of fostering talents, knowledge innovating and social services. The university communist youth league leaders are the executives and supervisors in training students ideological and political education and comprehensive quality, which has a very important aspect on training college students to become builders and successors of socialism with Chinese characteristics. The university communist youth league leaders are the main body of the courses, who are the organizers and practitioners of the students' activities, to guide the healthy development of university students. Therefore, it has important theoretical and practical significance to use the competency-based human resource management thinking for career planning areas and to establish competency model of competency-based Career Planning of University Communist Youth League Leader.In this paper, the university communist youth league leaders as research object, we use literature search, behavioral event interview, questionnaire survey method, expert panel discussions and other research methods to explore competency and career planning constitutions of the university communist youth league leaders, prepare the competency and the career planning questionnaires of university communist youth league leaders, get use of the structural equation modeling technology, and then construct the model of competency-based career planning of university communist youth league leaders, on this basis, we explore the influence factors of competency of university communist youth league leaders, and deeply research the direct effect between every dimension of competency and every step of career planning. This paper carry out specialized research on the competency and career planning of university communist youth league leaders, in order to analyzing the competency in depth and promoting the development of career planning.
