Research On The Influential Factors Of Cadets' Value Of Dedicated To The Mission And Countermeasure To Its Cultivation

Based on the application of relevant methods and techniques in the sociological study, the thesis makes an empirical study on the influential factors that specifically affect the value of dedicated-to-the-mission of the military cadets. The thesis also establishes the scale of value cultivation, which has been proved by the examination of credibility and differentiation. By means of the questionnaire, the study has acquired the detailed situation of the value cultivation, tested and built an explanation model of the factors affecting the cultivation effect, which is constructed by using kinds of statistical analysis techniques; it has dug the influential factors out and in accordance proposed the suggestions as follows: The first one for military schools is to strictly ensure the quality of cadets so as to lay the solid foundations for the education of the value of dedicated-to-the-mission. The second is that schools should carefully guide and cultivate cadets in order to reinforce the effect of the value cultivation. The third is to perfect the current system of military officer so as to create a favorable environment for cadets'development.
