Research On The Current Condition And Developing Strategy Of Shijiazhuang Volunteering Service

The volunteering service was new born with the development of reform and opening up. For more than 20years'development, the number of volunteers has increased; the scale of volunteering groups has enlarged; the project of volunteering service has improve from individual to more public, professional and social; the range of volunteering service has covered all kinds of fields, and volunteering service has become more and more important in our life. In 2008, the volunteering service in both Wenchuan earthquake and Beijing Disabled Olympic Games pushed our Chinese volunteering service to the high. Shijiazhuang's volunteering service starts late, but it has made significant progress since 1993, after 20 years'development. However, compared with developed cities in volunteering fields, Shijiazhuang's volunteering service develops slaver and stays lager. There are still many problems in human resources, rules and projects, so the volunteering service in Shijiazhuang has to be completed and improved.The article focuses on the completion and development of volunteering service system in Shijiazhuang.
