At present,China's volunteer undertakings are flourishing,more and more people have begun to devote themselves to the cause of volunteers.Volunteer activities have played a positive role both in volunteers and in society.However,the existing limited research on volunteers mainly focuses on individual motivation and volunteer management perspectives.There are relatively few studies on corporate volunteers and on the future volunteer orientation of volunteers.This study helps to increase the understanding of the volunteers' behavioral mechanisms and supplement the research on voluntary tendencies.The study object of this paper is all students of the MBA of the UESTC in 2017,a total of 532 people,mainly to study the influencing factors of the volunteering intention.Discuss whether the volunteer's volunteer motivation,the volunteer's personal background,and the personal cognition of volunteer activities will influence the volunteer orientation of the future.And based on empirical analysis,I put forward countermeasures and suggestions.I analyzed the data and summarized the volunteer's volunteer characteristics as follows:1.(1)Volunteers participated in voluntary activities were higher in Autonomous Motivation(AM)and showed moderate to high levels;Controlled Motivation(CM)was weaker and showed lower levels.(2)The overall Volunteering Intention is relatively high,showing an upper middle level.2.The relationship between Volunteering Motivation and Volunteering Intention is as follows:(1)The higher the AM of volunteers,the stronger their Volunteering Intention.(2)The lower the level of individual volunteers CM,the stronger its tendency to volunteer.3.Volunteer's Volunteering Motivation and Volunteering Intention correlation analysis results:(1)In AM,the stronger the volunteer Identified Regulation(IDEN),the stronger their Volunteering Intention to volunteer.(2)In CM,the weaker the volunteer Introjected Regulation(INTR),the stronger their Volunteering Intention;as well as External Regulation(EXT).4?Personal background differences and Volunteering Intention analysis results:(1)The older the volunteers are,the stronger their Volunteering Intention are.(2)Gender differences have no significant effect on Volunteering Intention.(3)Differences in academic qualifications have no significant effect on Volunteering Intention.(4)The difference in annual salary has no significant effect on Volunteering Intention.(5)Studies have shown that the Volunteering Intention of different professional volunteers are also different.(6)Whether volunteers were previously rewarded for voluntary activities had a significant influence on Volunteering Intention.(7)The accumulated volunteer duration has a significant impact on the difference in Volunteering Intention.(8)There was no significant difference in the number of accumulated service to Volunteering Intention.Based on the empirical analysis of the results of the relevant recommendations:1.Strengthen the cultivation of volunteerism and enhance public volunteer motivation;2.Strengthen the recruitment of volunteers;3.To increase the voluntary intention of volunteers,including suggesting that the government provide policy support and improve the assessment system for voluntary activities;4.Exploring the multiple incentive mechanism of volunteers.
