Research On The Linked Practice Of Social Workers And Community Old Volunteers In Community Service

Carrying out practical research on social workers linking elderly volunteers in the community is a new way to promote and carry out social work services in the community.It is also one of the important means to promote grass-roots social governance,which is conducive to integrating the resources and advantages of the two.Both workers and community volunteers are important.At present,with the rapid development of social work and voluntary services in China,some experts and scholars have put forward the viewpoint of linkage between social work and voluntary services.The purpose is to integrate the superior resources of the two and form a complementarity to better promote the development of social services.The research perspectives of social workers linking elderly volunteers in the community proposed in this article are put forward in the context of the current increasing aging of our society,which is conducive to the mining of this resource-rich voluntary resource deposit of the elderly and help them form a community community.Awareness,promote the participation of the elderly in community building,and promote community development.However,there are some problems that need to be solved in the actual situation of promoting the joint practice of the two.For example,many voluntary organizations in the community are well-known and not in fact,they have not actually operated,or they cannot continue to develop and work with society.The linkage of the organizations is not close enough to meet the needs of the elderly to participate in community volunteer services,nor can it promote the development of linkage practice.This article uses the practice of community B in Chongqing,collects relevantinformation of the community through the participation observation method and the unstructured interview method,and takes the community community theory as a guide to carry out the research on the joint practice between social workers and elderly volunteers in the community,and discuss the social workers ' joint community The elderly volunteers jointly carry out the action path of community service,and analyze the results,problems and reasons achieved in practice,and change the short-term and scattered problems of community volunteer service in the past.The practice path of this study is as follows:In practical work,the author first conducts a survey on the basic situation of the community,establishes a good trust and cooperation relationship with the community,determines the financial and resource support that the community can give,and prepares for the establishment of a joint community of social workers and elderly volunteers Preparation for linkage;secondly,through publicity and search,recruited elderly volunteers,formed a volunteer service team,and provided case services to leaders in the community.With its help,it deepened the relationship with other volunteers and formally established a linkage community Network with volunteers to achieve � moving first �;then,by launching an energization training group,the volunteers' awareness and ability of volunteer service will be enhanced to help them apply to volunteer activities in a guided manner,so that social workers and Volunteers are able to play their role in community service,and promote the joint community to achieve "joint and active";finally,by opening up a dedicated position for community volunteer service,and carrying out long-term volunteer service projects such as volunteer stations,making volunteer work It can be carried out continuously in the community for a long time,so as to promote the linkage community to achieve "linkage and persistence".Through this practical research,the volunteer service team of community B has achieved the effects of normalization,institutionalization,and socialization of volunteer work.However,in practice,there are also related linkage support systems that are incomplete and social workers lack professionalism.2.The dilemma or problem of the lack of motivation for the elderly volunteers to participate,the psychological construction of the volunteers and the inadequate training of the capacity need to be resolved and optimized.In response to these problems,this article proposes from theaspects of continuous improvement of the related support system for promoting linkage,improving the professionalism of social workers and the participation motivation of elderly volunteers,strengthening the psychological construction and ability training of volunteers,and improving the cohesion of the linkage community.One-to-one corresponding solution or improvement suggestions and countermeasures.However,in the end,due to the limited level of the author's researcher and the limitations of other conditions,there are some deficiencies in this study,which need to be complemented by more teachers and students:First,the determination of the case community stems from the choice of my internship base,which has a certain representativeness in Beibei District of Chongqing City,but on a larger scale,it lacks universal representativeness;second,my ability to analyze and interpret data is insufficient,Leading to the lack of comprehensiveness and systematicness in the literature analysis of this study;third,although the community community theory is used to guide practice,the ability to apply and transform the theory is still weak,and it has not fully played the guiding role of the theory;Fourth,failure to solve the problem of low volunteer awareness and strong dependence on social workers is not conducive to the independent development of follow-up volunteer teams.Therefore,it is expected that more experts and scholars will be devoted to the research on this topic,and the relevant research will be continuously supplemented,perfected,and optimized from the theoretical and practical aspects,so as to better mobilize the community of elderly volunteers.Advantageous groups,in order to achieve the linkage between the two,jointly provide more complete and meticulous community services,and promote community development and the improvement of community governance.
