At present, the civil service played an important role in china's economic development as a special groups. Therefore, it is very important to assess the performance of the civil service. At the present stage, the assessment of civil service performance in our country exist problems, such as the absence of the subject, the lack of communication, the coarseness of index, the Inefficiency and simplicity, which plays a direct impact on the civil service performance assessment, also confines the civil service to the scientific development.Comparing with the practical experience of the British, US, Japan and other countries, and the inspection of the problems and reasons in the assessment of civil service of our country, this paper established a set of civil service performance assessment model with AHP-Fuzzy, based on index establishment and weight calculation. Combining with the practice of A bureau in Shenzhen city, the preliminary application of the model and the suggestions of Policy have been made in this paper.
