Countermeasure Research On The Effectiveness Of Cadre Education And Training In Party School Of The Yingkou Municipal Party Committee

Pay attention to the education and training of cadres,give priority to the development ofthe cause of the Party school,is the fine tradition of our party,is the construction of "three type" the ruling party,culture foundation,build the Party cadres and people in need of the strategic project In 2015,the work conference of the Party School of the Communist Party of China(CPC)put forward the new requirements of "concentrating the power to run the Municipal Committee Party school".Under this background,how to strengthen and improve the Municipal level party cadre education and training work,enhance the effectiveness of school training,has become a major topic of the times of cadre education and training departments and workers must respond.This paper is based on the education and training of cadres from departments,according to the nature and characteristics of education and training of Party cadres,the general principle of value philosophy,defines the effectiveness of education and training of Party cadres,that is,the structure and function of school cadre education and training activities in the value of the object,the two value demand and organization the individual needs of the body satisfaction and degree of satisfaction.Based on the analysis of the subject,object and environment,this paper puts forward the principle of strengthening and improving the effectiveness of Party school cadre education and training.In this paper,the Yingkou municipal Party school cadre education and training practice as an example,empirical analysis.To understand the needs of the organization and the Yingkou municipal Party school cadre education and training work through the evaluation of school units and student unit interviews to understand the individual needs and the Yingkou municipal Party school training activities through the evaluation of trainees questionnaire.Through the qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis,the author finds out the internal reasons that affect the effectiveness of the education and training of cadres in Yingkou municipal Party school.On the basis of theoretical analysis and empirical analysis,this paper puts forward some suggestions on how to improve the effectiveness of education and training in Yingkou.Efforts to provide the basis for the Party committee,the organization department and the PartySchool decision-making,but also to strengthen and improve the municipal level Committee Party school cadre education and training to provide reference.
