Study On Cadre Education And Training Of Municipal Party School In The New Era

The cadres of the Communist Party of China provide a strong talent guarantee for the better development of the party's cause.To maintain the vitality of the party,we must attach importance to the basic and strategic work of cadre education and training.Now,the development of socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered a new era.In order to achieve the goals and tasks of national construction and development in the new era,we need to build a contingent of high-quality cadres who dare to take on their responsibilities.As the main channel and position of cadre education and training in our country,the Party school has the obligation to undertake the new mission of cadre education and training in the new era.The existence and development of the municipal Party school is not easy to attract the attention of all parties because of its position in the middle and lower levels of the Party school system.Studying the work of cadre education and training in the Party School of the municipal Party committee in the new era and clarifying the goal of cadre education and training in the Party School of the new era will help the Party School of the municipal Party committee to find out the short board of work,solve the development dilemma,improve the ideological and theoretical level and the ability to perform their duties,effectively improve the national governance ability,and comprehensively promote the "five in one" comprehensive promotion of local development.This paper takes the practical activities of cadre education and training of L municipal Party school as an example,which is divided into four parts for empirical analysis.The first part distinguishes and defines the nature and status of the Party school,the education and training of cadres,and the tasks of the education and training of cadres in the Party School of the CPC Municipal Committee.It briefly expounds the learning organization and the learning party theory,the new public management theory and the lifelong learning theory applicable to the Research Institute,and focuses on theintroduction of the new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics and the education and training of cadres in the Party school.The second chapter is the analysis of the current situation of the cadre education and training of L municipal Party school.From the aspects of infrastructure construction,training objects,training contents and teachers' strength,this paper briefly introduces the process of cadre education and training,including preparation before training,implementation and evaluation of training.Highlight the characteristics and effects formed in the process of practice: the Party Committee attaches great importance to helping solve the training problems;focuses on the main business of the main course and strengthens the political identity of the students;each course has its own characteristics to improve the knowledge and skills of the students;adheres to the strict management of the school and promotes the change of the style of the cadres;pays attention to the red education to stimulate the entrepreneurial passion of the students.The third part summarizes the factors that affect the training function of L municipal Party school.It is mainly manifested in the following aspects: low correspondence between the teaching content and students' needs,the innovation of teaching methods to be strengthened,the level of teachers to be improved,the management not in place,and the students' understanding not in place.The fourth part summarizes the experience and lessons,and puts forward the suggestions of strengthening the education and training of the Party school cadres in the new era.It is suggested that the Party school should start with optimizing teaching contents,equipping excellent teachers,improving teaching methods,and improving training management,so as to make clear the ideas of cadre education and training in the new era of the Party School of the CPC Municipal Committee,so as to have a certain reference effect.
