Research On Rural Part And Cadres Distance Education (Zhenhai Ningbo For Example)

Under the current circumstance of high social information and technology integration,it is necessary to carry out rural part and cadres distance education for achieving a breakthrough development of the agriculture and rural economy. Implementing modern distance education for the rural part and cadres all over the country is an important measure through using agricultural information technology to promote the agricultural modernization.This paper has a data analysis and strategy research based on a sincere investigation of the resource requirements of the rural part and cadres in Zhenhai,and the results show that the loss and the success of the distance education is important for the modem agricultural development.This paper analyses the role and effect of the modem distance education in rural areas on the modem agriculture,and concludes the experience of agriculture information in the developing countries. Through full investigation of distance education teaching resources, distance education learning, and distance education management of Zhenhai,we finds the advantages and disadvantages of distance education in Zhenhai. Finally, we establish the modern distance education learning mode of the rural part and cadres of Zhenhai and instruct the distance education quality assurance system of Zhenhai.
