On The Resolution Mechanism Of Consumer Dispute

With the development of economy,the number of consumer dispute is becoming more and more.The protection of consumer' rights has become a very important issue.All countries are taking measures to protect the rights of consumers.Our country issued a series of laws to protect the rights and interests of consumers.However,all kinds of tort way is emerging in endlessly, consumer rights were violated seriously.As for the reasons ,In addition to the rough legislation ,An important one is that the substantive law is divorced from the procedural law.For the purpose of solving the consumer dispute,the paper introduce and analysis several major mechanisms of consumer dispute,so as to give suggestion to the resolution mechanism of consumer dispute of China.The dissertation is divided into three parts:In the first section, some correlative academic issues are discussed systematically,including the definition of consumer,consumer dispute and the resolution mechanism of consumer dispute .In the second section, several representative mechanisms of consumer dispute is introduced. The comparative method is used to analyzes advantages and disadvantages of representative mechanisms of consumer dispute.In the third section ,it makes a deep study on legal issues in today' work of the resolution mechanisms of consumer dispute in China ,and at the same time a series of suggestion are put forward.Finally in the conclusion, points out the original intention to give suggestion to the resolution mechanism of consumer dispute of China.
