Furthermore, this paper also probes the major impediment of women entrepreneurship, offers new ways for them to promote business success, improves the functions of the Women's Federation in entrepreneurship, and establish more scientific and efficient mechanisms in order to help female entrepreneurs to solve the practical diffuculties, to increase their awareness and activeness in starting business, as well as to make Jiaozuo to become an innovative and entrepreneurial city as soon as possible.Based on women's federation as the link of women entrepreneurial government responsibility system, according to the special problems of female employment with special needs, a series of targeted socialized project construction, project management and project operation is women's long-term work of jiaozuo goal.
