A Research On Influence Of The Entrepreneurship Policy Of Local Government To Entrepreneurial Ecosystem

With the acceleration and transformation of domestic economy in China,the entrepreneurial economy begin to develop rapidly,in order to meet the development of regional economy and the improvement of comprehensive competitiveness.Entrepreneurship activities have also become an important factor for economic development.The Chinese government has put forward the policies of promoting employment by starting a business,improving policy support for self-employment and improving the service system.It is of great significance to study entrepreneurship policy and eco-system to promote entrepreneurship,public entrepreneurship and public innovation.It was reviewed theoretically of entrepreneurial policy and entrepreneurial ecosystem.The experience of the mature urban entrepreneurial ecosystem abroad was used.Combined with the entrepreneurial policies in Tangshan,it maked an empirical study on the impact of the regional entrepreneurial eco-system.In Qian ’an,Yutian,Lunan and Caofeidian four administrative regions of Tangshan,the study was conducted in questionnaire survey way.Questionnaires were issued to all eligible enterprises and institutions,and the reliability and validity of questionnaires were tested.The research hypothesis was proposed and the data was processed by SPSS20.0,and the research hypothesis was verified by multiple linear regression model.The influence of entrepreneurial culture policy,entrepreneurship education policy,pioneering admittance policy,finance policy and innovation service policy on entrepreneurial resources circulation of ecological system,profit distribution and resource circulation was concluded.It put forward some policy suggestions,such as paying attention to the leading role of entrepreneurship culture,reducing the cost of admission,improving the entrepreneurial environment,and improving the policy of social entrepreneurship service.In the preliminary discussion on the impact of entrepreneurship policy on the entrepreneurial eco-system,there are some shortcomings: On the one hand,the samplecollection and research scope is all in Tangshan,lacking of the research of other areas,limiting the applicability of the research conclusion.It can be compared with other regional policy in the future research.On the other hand,entrepreneurship should be introduced into the research model when conditions are right,as an intermediate variable.A more comprehensive study on the degree of entrepreneurship policy influence is carried out,so that the results can be forward-looking and systematic.
