Research The Legal Help System Of Education Right

The legal help of education right is the final barrier to protecting the citizens'education right. Fully protecting of citizens'education right is based on perfect help system. Most of western countries have established a more reasonable legal help system to protect citizens'education right, and got good legal effect in practice. However, the legal help system of education right in our country still exists many shortcomings and deficiencies, which include student complaints, administrative appeals and administrative review. These provisions are not clear and exist many loopholes. And at the same time, the interface between them is not very clear. These shortcomings are both coming from theoretical and practical factors.
