Corporate social responsibility is the lack of social responsibility in the company is faced with the pressure, continue to adjust the structure of corporate governance arise. First mentioned in 1929 in the United States the company's social responsibility, and Pele after the debate by the Dodd officially proposed the "corporate social responsibility" concept. While the debate on corporate social responsibility has never been stopped, but its impact on large, noise at high, has become an unavoidable topic in the Companies Act.Of academic concern for corporate social responsibility is also increasing, especially in the newly revised "Company Law" General should be clearly stated in the company social responsibility, so that more scholars into research in this area, and with the protection of labor rights growing louder and louder, corporate social responsibility and harmonious relationship between employers and employees is especially important . This paper aims to achieve our current state of corporate social responsibility, in combination with the current construction status of China's industrial harmony, learn social responsibility of foreign companies dealing with construction and the concept of industrial harmony and experience to compare laws in different countries and legislative concepts, trying to on corporate social responsibility in achieving harmonious labor relations on the basis put forward some ideas.
