"Corporate Social Responsibility" emphasis that the Corporate not only taking responsibility for shareholders,but also taking responsibility for stakeholders (employees, consumers, creditors, suppliers, communities, etc) ,including protecting the rights and interests of employee, protecting the safety of production ,protecting the environment and so on. Currently, the idea of company should bear the social responsibility has become increasingly accepted by the theorists and substantive industry. However, in order to put corporate social responsibility into practice, not just stop at the simple moral teachings, we should explore the significant ways of implementation.In this paper, the author attempts to explore the practice of corporate social responsibility through an analysis of the premises for employees to take part in the governance of companies. As the interests of company employees is the most important in the interests of stakeholders that companies involved, therefore, There is no doubt that improving the system of employee participation in corporate governance is the focus of strengthening the implementation of corporate social responsibility currently .In view of this, the paper argues that through improving of the system of employees participation, thus improving the corporate governance structure, so as to promote the practice of corporate social responsibility. In addition to the introduction and the conclusion, this paper consists of four parts.The first part mainly expounds the basic concepts of corporate social responsibility. There has been no unified conclusion of "What is the corporate social responsibility", so based on the views of domestic and foreign scholars, the author summarizes the concept of corporate social responsibility, describes the specific content and features of corporate social responsibility, and analyses the rationality of corporate social responsibility .It provides a reasonable theoretical basis for the discussion on the practice of corporate social responsibility.The second part focuses on analyzing the relations of social responsibility and corporate governance structures. There has a close relationship between the corporate governance structure and practice of the corporate social responsibility, the perfect corporate governance structure not only be beneficial to the company's own development, but also can protect the interests of other stakeholders in operation of the company, thus facilitating the practice corporate social responsibility. In this section, the author mainly elaborates on the significance of the perfect corporate governance structure, analyzes the structure of corporate governance in China, presents to reshape our country's corporate governance structure and fully perfect the participation of employees, so as to implement the corporate social responsibility.The third part: corporate social responsibility and employee participation in corporate governance. In this section, the author first describes the theory of employee participation, then proposes the participation of employee in European countries, which have the similar legislative environment to China. Through the comparison of corporate social responsibility in these countries, the author further summarizes the system of participation of employee plays an important role in the practice of corporate social responsibility.The fourth part dwells on perfecting the system of employee participation, and promoting the practice of corporate social responsibility. View of the perfect system of employee participation plays an important role in the practice of corporate social responsibility, in this section, the author lists out the disadvantage of the provision of the system of company employee participation in China's Company Law, including the system of Staff Representative Conference, staff director system, the system of Board of Supervisors. By combining the experience of civil law countries, the author concludes that we should perfect the system of employee participation to meet the demands of corporate social responsibility. In view of the legislative shortcomings of employee participation system, the author puts forward specific suggestions of improvement so as to promote the practice of corporate social responsibility.
