An Examination Of The Cause Of Social Security Of The Disabled In PRC-Based On Marxist Hominology

A disability generally defined as a condition which may restrict a person's mental, sensory, or mobility functions to undertake or perform a task in the same way as a person who does not have a disability. The cause of Social Security of the disabled based on humanism and human's rights is a career that the State and Society give the disabled special help to ensure their basic rights of life. Rise and Development of the cause of the cause of Social Security of the disabled is an important sign of the development of human civilization and social progress.The rising and development of the cause of Social Security of the disabled can be seen as an important sign of progress of human civilization and the society. Our government has long undertaken the mission of ensuring the rights of the disabled and promoting their freedom and comprehensive development in accordance with common citizens. This is also a common goal of the government and citizens alike. With the guidance of the fundamental tenets of Marxist Hominology, we should be keenly and objectively aware of the problems and defects of the Social Security Enterprise of the disabled. After a thorough analysis of these problems, we can put forward some rational and feasible suggestions on the problem. It is beneficial to the development of Marxist Theory of CPC and Marxist Hominology. As a doctrine on the essence of man and human survival, Marxist Hominology, which contains humane essence, human needs, human value, human rights, freedom and comprehensive development of men, has broad and rich connotation. The essence of man of Marxist Hominology includes two aspects .One is"the genus essence of man", which refers to practice and labor, and distinguishes man from the animals. The other is"the realistic essence of man", which refers to the sum of social relationships. It differentiates all kinds of people, groups and classes. These two aspects of the theory supplement each other dialectically and uniformly. The needs of human include the needs of material, the needs of spiritual and the needs of communication. The value of human is a category of social and historical relationship. The rights of human involve existence right, labor right, property right, freedom right, equal right and democratic right. The theory of freedom and comprehensive development of men is the fundamental part of Marxist Hominology .It includes the development of human labor ability, the abundance of social relation and the all-round development of human personality s development. According to Marxist Hominology, we find that the cause of Social Security of the disabled is still insufficient. Therefore, we attempt to apply the theory of Marxist Hominology to resolve the difficulties in that the cause of Social Security of the disabled, which has its necessity and rationality. It reveals that together with funds shortage and out-dated concepts, the participation of decision-making democratic authority with the cause of Social Security of the disabled has not got due attention and concern.The development of the cause of Social Security of the disabled in PRC should be shifted from the current situation of natural state to the logical state, through analysis of political, economic and cultural problems. For the sake of smooth process of the transition, the whole society should be in a humanistic care of a positive and effective system to improve the cause of Social Security of the disabled by adhering to the following strategies: developing democratic politics with Chinese characteristics, specifying the responsibility of the State, transferring the economic strategy, promoting fairness and justice of the society, reshaping"people-oriented"humanistic concept, strengthening the value of human.The theoretical value of thesis is mainly manifested in generalizing fundamental connotations and principles of Marxist Hominology, analyzing necessity and rationality of the cause of Social Security of the disabled in PRC and solving problems emerged in the development of the cause of Social Security of the disabled in PRC.
