Zhejiang Province as the eastern developed regions, the development of social securitysystem has been in the forefront of the country. Especially the construction of rural socialsecurity system in the framework of a role model, as a branch of rural social security, ruralsocial security disability, after years of exploration has also made great development. Butthere are still some problems, in order to explore the Xiuzhou district town tankeraccelerating the development of rural social security measures, based on the existingtanker town rural disabled people and the current status of the social security system underthe results obtained by analysis of current oil town, rural social security disability policyand implementation to study the problem of existence, from perfect policy, perfect servicesystem, put forward to accelerate advance construction of system of rural social securityand the countermeasures.
