Currently, the U.S. subprime mortgage crisis intensified, the resulting global financial crisis has become a hot issue around the world focus, along with the collapse of major investment banks in some countries, South America, Scandinavia, Eastern Europe and other developed countries to the brink of financial institutions and even bankruptcy, the subprime crisis is not only a serious threat to the national financial system, more is to make their capital markets are facing unprecedented challenges.
