Research On The Crisis Communication Strategy Of Local Government In The Emergency

In recent years,with the increase of unexpected incidents in local governance,the academic circles have paid close attention to the study of crisis communication under the framework of public management and communication theory.Previous series of studies have revealed the theoretical application of crisis communication in unexpected events,and has a good warning function,judgment value and strategy guidance effect in promoting the resolution of emergencies.As compared to government communication behavior of local government in the event of an emergency crisis communication with the normal condition,has its own particularity,so the study of the non emergency strategy of local government crisis communication in normal condition is more theoretical and practical.In this paper,through the analysis of local government crisis at home and abroad to communicate the experience and lessons,especially Guangxi Nandan coal mine accident in 2001,Longjiang cadmium pollution incident in 2012,Nanning suburban railway construction accidents in 2014.1n the crisis communication strategy analysis,tries to provide a practical basis for the future of local government crisis communication strategies.Based on the current situation of Guangxi public management,this paper combined with the unexpected events encountered local government experience in recent years,summed up the current factors hidden in crisis communication,the analysis on the causes of the crisis,the outbreak of crisis types.At the same time for the local government to deal with emergencies to deal with the crisis,especially the crisis communication points,put forward strategies of crisis communication in different stages,for the local government and public departments to carry out the crisis communication and provides a constructive and operable opinion.Third,from the perspective of crisis communication,this paper puts forward the preliminary analysis of the crisis management,and provides theoretical guidance for the emergency management based on the framework of crisis communication theory.
