Since 1980s, with globalization further development, nongovernmental organizations influence increasingly ascension. International NGOs as government power and enterprise strength outside of the third force, although the global governance needs help, but it will be the national security of sovereign nations have an adverse impact. Since the reform and open policy in China since the activity, a growing number of international non-governmental organizations, continues to expand the scale and influence strengthens continuously. Undeniable, international NGOs most in China in activities of China's political, economic and cultural development etc. Which has played a positive role, but there are some international non-governmental organizations in China's development of adverse effects. Especially in China peace growth period, some international non-governmental organizations in China's national security activities pose a threat. International non-governmental organizations to China's national security threat is mainly manifested in the following respects: the first, international non-governmental organizations to China's sovereignty and territorial integrity of interference and infringed; Second, the western human rights to the promotion of human rights in China and the attack; Third, the international non-governmental organizations intrusion about Chinese culture; Fourth, international non-governmental organizations to the negative influence of China's nuclear policy.
