Study On The Current College Student's Orderly Political Participation

Today, with the deepening of democratic process and social transformation, people's need for material and cultural life are further satisfied; as a result, the willing and awareness of college students to participate is increasingly aroused, which vice versa causes their various participation in our political life.As one of the important parts of the youth and intellectuals in China, college students have their own characteristics and advantages, for example, more concerned about social focused points, more rational and wider range of participation, stronger patriotic passion and social responsibility. However, with the good tendency of college students'participation in politics, there are also restrictions from system of economy and politics, history and culture, society and family and so on, leading to a series problems, such as, coexistence of active and passive participation, political participation with insincere purpose or purpose on money and status, and lower capability level of the participants. So, in order to realize a more stable and harmonious China, the participation of college students should be standardized, awareness of voluntary participation enhanced, capacity and quality improved by constantly perfecting the law and regulation of political participation system, updating the encouraging mode and creating better atmosphere.
