The maturing of mobile Internet technology has made the new media platform become the main position for mass and media to express their opinions,and government departments have successively joined the construction of new media platforms.In recent years,from the central government to the local governments,party and government organizations at all levels have been strengthening the construction,utilization,and management of the Internet media,and have opened new government media platforms such as Weibo,Wechat,and clients.The development pattern of "two micro-ends" has been established.The formation gradually increased the power and influence of the new government media.Judging from the current development pattern,Weibo is the earliest entry into the field of new government affairs media,and it is currently the best running situation.Weibo is not only a tool for information dissemination and exchange,but also gradually has certain social forces and politics.Attributes.Among them,university students are the main users of Weibo,and they are also the builders of the country's future.The participation of Weibo in politics has become a trend.Although China's micro-blog consultation model has achieved impressive results,there are still many problems at the same time.College students' enthusiasm for participation and political behavior need to be strengthened.Therefore,it is of great significance to correctly guide college students to improve Weibo's level of political inquiry,actively participate in Weibo's political affairs,supervise the political behavior of officials and government networks,and put forward their own opinions.This thesis first discusses the origin and significance of the research on undergraduate microblogging politics,domestic and foreign research status,research methods,etc.,which provides the necessary research foundation and research direction for the study of this article.Second,they elaborated on the meanings and forms of Weibo,Weibo,and micro-blogs.The microblogging questioning is the use of microblogging as an intermediary between the subjects,involving government affairs,policies,social issues,and the government.The various consequences of the administrative actions of officials are subject to a series of actions such as discussion,consultation,dissemination,and rights protection.It has the immediacy and fission of communication,the fragmentation and diversification of content,the diversity of participants,and the interactivity of the process.Features.College students' microblogging is of great value.It broadens the channel of interest expressed by college students,effectively changes the distribution pattern of social discourse rights,and at the same time promotes the awakening of civic awareness and stimulates the enthusiasm of college students for political participation.The new public opinion platform forms a network model for all citizens to participate.On this basis,the paper focuses on analyzing the current status of college students' microblogging and the reasons for their existence.After analyzing the survey results of college students' Weibo political awareness and behavior,it is found that although college students have high awareness of Weibo,they have problems such as low participation,low efficacy,lack of participation,and utilitarian motivation for participation.There are three main reasons that cause college students to participate in the status quo.One is that college students' immaturity is not mature,fuzzy political cognition,irrational political values influenced by the West and the Internet,and improper participation in psychology and politics Insufficient participation in practice and lack of capacity;Second,the government's reasons,the lack of government supervision,resulting in frequent network violence,the network of politicians and interaction there is also a certain amount of formalism.Third,there are loopholes in school education and management,and the timeliness of ideological education needs to be strengthened.Finally,the article mainly proposes ways to guide college students to effectively inquire about politics.The main countermeasures are:First,optimize the government work system with microblogging as a link,actively guide the Weibo public opinion,and improve microblog e-government supervision mechanism;Strengthen the self-discipline of the Weibo platform,effectively fulfill its own responsibilities,and control the degree of commercialization of the Weibo platform.Third,give full play to the education and guidance role of colleges and universities,strengthen the education of the ideological and political education classes,and make full use of hilarious microblogs to build an interactive platform;College students' self-cultivation,establish a correct political attitude,enhance the ability to ask the government,and comply with the network of government policy.
