The Chinese aging society problem is the contradiction between aging at home and aging resoures supply."Old before getting rich"is the chrarcteristic in Chinese aging society. Now the old people"Aging in the Family"become"Aging at Home"."Aging at Home"is a kind of"Aging in the Family", the proportion expand. The proportion of"Aging at home"is too big to form a new kind of aging topic in China. Economic development , regional economic imblances. physical labor changed, personal income,incomes effect moral and attitude to the aging pepple frome society changed are the factors of "aging at home" proportion scale-up. "Dead Lonely","Empty Next of the Family"and not satisfied to pension institutions are status with the Chinese Aging Plant Developing. We have some progress of "Aging in the family" study, but it is the begining of "Aging at Home",and there are many lacks in such as System Security, concern of socity members and families.Taking the theory of social security as the theory base, analyze mode of "Aging at Home" from economic impact on people's ideas and "Aging in the family" mode in China ,to elaborate the problem of physical labor effect "Aging at home" and the old people's needs. Analysis the problems of economic conditions, weakening relationgship between the chind's maintenance , weakening of aging moral values to take as result.Focus of the study in this paper is analysis the factors between economic,traditional moral and maintenance responsibility, and elaborate their relationgship.
