Analysis On The Difference Between Models Of Community Service For Home Care Of Elderly And The Aging Caregiving Of Nursing Home In Shenzhen

Judging from the development of the forms of human society, the aging of population is a normal social phenomenon, which is one of the basic rules of progress in adjusting macro-strategies and arranging micro-tactics. However, there are still many problems waiting us to deal with, such as lacking of community’s mating facilities for older people, insufficient service for home-based cared old people, big gaps between the official organizations and non-official organizations of old people care,and etc.This paper analyse that the current models of aging and the development of aging in Shenzhen, and focus on discussed whether the older group satisfied all kinds of services, and whether the government has solved their problems, and propose advises from this basics.The study includes four chapters:the first chapter is an introduction to describe the background and significance of research questions; Chapter II is the literature review that provide an overview of related theories as well as review and combed of the current researches on models of Community Service for home care of elderly of elderly and nursing home in China and aboard; Chapter III is the main part of the paper, it analysed and compare that the models of community service for home care of elderly and models of aged caregiving of nursing home in Shenzhen, and propose that still existed problems; Chapter IV is the conclusion and discussion, this section is further explain the third chapter and offer some suggestions, as well as presents limitations of this study and proposes issues for further research.
