In recent years, the doctor-patient relationship has become worse and worse with the social transformations in China. As a result, there has been an increase in medical disputes. Even, weird phenomena have occurred. For instance, some patients went to see the doctor with a hidden voice recorder. Or doctors had to wear helmets when at work. The research results show the same tendency of the worse doctor-patient relationship by some authoritative organizations. Now the issue has been paid much attention by the government. In 2010, the proposal on the doctor-patient relationship was put into government report for the first time. The author is based on the recent doctor-patient relationship issue and illustrates the legal responsibility of administration body.The methodology of the thesis includes empirical research method, comparative analysis and case study. It starts with the legal status of administration body in the doctor-patient relationship, and then analyzes the significance, limitations and theoretical basis of administrative interference in doctor-patient relationship, and then illustrates what legal responsibility of administration body is and its implications as well to further define what legal responsibility should be taken by administration body in control of doctor-patient relationship. That is, responsibility for the executive and legislative health, responsibility for administrative supervision of health, responsibility for patient forensic and Responsibility for health care administrative relief In addition, from a practical perspective, it summarizes five factors that influence doctor-patient relationship based on the present situation of doctor-patient relationship in China. Further discussion is focused on the causes of existing legal responsibility problems of administration body in control of doctor-patient relationship. Finally, suggestions are given on how to improve the legal responsibility system of administration body in the control of doctor-patient relationship by comparative analysis of overseas control models in this field.The purpose of the paper is to harmonize doctor-patient relationship, ensure basic health rights of citizens, and restore order of medical system, and sustain fairness and stability of the society by reinforcing legal responsibility of administration body in control of doctor-patient relationship. The research on this field will theoretically promote the process of implementing Health Administration Law.
