Noam Chomsky is an American linguist and professor of philosophy at Massachusetts Institute of Technology, eminent linguist, philosopher, thinker and commentator, known as the" greatest dissidents", his linguistic studies and political commentary in the United States and the world have great influence, especially to the United States he at home politics and foreign policy of various criticism is very deep. Whenever the international political pattern to produce major change, the Western intellectual circles tend to lead concerned about his performance. However, the scholars of his research has mainly focused in the fields of linguistics, its political commentary, especially his thought of international politics did not get corresponding attention, even for his politics were studied, just also stay in the political thought of the summary and introduction, can not be fully reflected his thought of international politics. In view of this, this paper takes Chomsky s international political thoughts as the research object, through a comprehensive analysis of related works, summary and evaluation of Chomsky on American domestic politics and foreign policy, international terrorism, the understanding of critique of judgment and Chomsky to new latitudinarian review of international political thought. The full text is divided into introduction, body and conclusion of three parts:The introduction part mainly introduced the domestic and international relevant Chomsky on American politics and foreign policy a critique of the research, the research on the importance and necessity of this research, introduced the main methods and innovation.This text includes three parts. The first part:mainly elaborates Marx's thought of international politics and Chomsky's international political thought and Marx' international political relation and difference.The second part:the main analysis of American hegemonism critique of Chomsky.The third part:mainly analyze the United States on international terrorism and the war on terror understanding and judgment.The last part of the dissertation on the above chapters were summarized, at the same time, the research process, its mining limited research space.
