The philosophy of law is the legal wisdom of human science and the essence of contemporary law spirit. Marx's Legal Philosophy Thought is based on Germany philosophic theory law Jeffersonian and overtake it, during which experienced evolutionary progression of the legal philosophy from rationalism legal philosophy idea to historical materialism legal philosophy thought. Based on the theory of Marx early for representative work on resources, this paper focuses on exploring his legal philosophy, and attempts to absorb the outstanding achievement to elevate the theoretic quality in China, and promote today's democratic legal system construction.This paper is divided into five chapters: the first chapter is the introduction, mainly explains about research status of this topic and present problems, then summarizes the thoughts and methods of papers. The second chapter is "The theoretical origin of Marx's early legal philosophy ", mainly through analyzes legal philosophy thought of Rousseau, Kant and Hegel, to tap the resources of these theories, which provide the theoretical guidance of Marxism. The third chapter, "The theoretical content of Marx's early legal philosophy ", mainly through analyzes the "Critique of Hegel's Philosophy of Law", "Economic and Philosophical Manuscripts of 1844" and some articles published on " The Rhine newspaper ", discussed the relation of law and state power, law-makers, people's livelihood and economic relations. The fourth chapter, "The characteristics of Marx's early legal philosophy", analyzes the characteristics of the legal philosophy of epistemology, value theory features, critical features and construction of characteristics. Chapter five discusses the theoretical and practical impact of Marx's early legal philosophy, this theory results to Lenin's legal philosophy thought and the development of Western Marxism, it also has a certain influence on China's democracy and legal system.
