Law philosophy is a product of human civilization, in the process of thedevelopment of human history played an important role. Marx’s legal philosophythought is in the critical theory of inheriting predecessors’ achievements on the basisof the formation of the revolutionary ideology. The emergence of the idea, overthrowthe bourgeoisie thinker, the established system of idealist philosophy of law, usinghistorical materialism world outlook and methodology to study philosophy,philosophy enables us to use method to better know the world and change the world.In-depth study of Marx’s legal philosophy thought to build socialism country underthe rule of law in our country provide strong theoretical support, and betterdevelopment of my philosophy of law.Based on the formation and development of Marx’s legal philosophy thought asthe main line, which is divided into the following several parts: the introduction partmainly illuminates the writing purpose, significance and the present situation of theresearch on Marx’s legal philosophy thought, both at home and abroad are brieflyintroduced in this paper, the writing method and innovative points. The first chapter is"the Marx’s legal philosophy thoughts". Mainly introduces Marx’s legal philosophythought of the political and cultural conditions, Kant and Hegel’s legal philosophythought of Marx’s legal philosophy thought influence, and then briefly introducesMarx’s legal philosophy thought formed in three stages. The second chapter is "themain content of Marx’s legal philosophy thought. This paper mainly through the"what is philosophy of law","what is philosophy of law should be" and "how to knowlaw philosophy" three aspects of the main content of Marx’s legal philosophy thought.The third chapter is "inherits and develops Marx’s legal philosophy thought. This partis through to the MAO ze dong, deng xiao ping, etc to study the method of marxistphilosophy, exploring the development of Marx’s legal philosophy thought. Thefourth chapter is "the practical significance of Marx’s legal philosophy thought". Thispart mainly wrote the Marx philosophy thought of guiding significance to theconstruction of rule of law in our country.
