In the process of globalization, WTO, as a landmark, plays a very important role, but it has increased the risk of the financial sectors of the Member States, and also added the possibility of the financial risks into financial crisis. Since 1995 when WTO was founded, the world has suffered several financial crises, gradually severe. The outbreak of 2008 financial tsunami pushes the financial crisis to an unprecedented degree. After the accession to WTO for ten years, Chinese financial sectors have gradually completed the process of internationalization, also inevitably facing the serious threat and destruction from financial risks on Chinese economic development.Being the largest and the most populous developing country, Chinese law system to prevent financial risks is still in the initial study stage, it needs continuous exploration and innovation from many scholars. As one of the explorers, I try to analysis the inherent and necessary connection between various economic sectors and finance in Chinese market economy, and study the law system of Chinese financial risk prevention from different economical sectors, trying to break through the limitation that many scholars focused on the financial supervision and the legal field, to explore the new method of law system to prevent financial risks under the WTO system from the macro-economic position of the Chinese market.Firstly, I study and analysis the risks China facing under the WTO system, compared to 1997 East Asian financial crisis, U.S. financial tsunami as well as the sovereign debt crisis in Iceland, Greece and other countries. Then I analysis what lessons and success China should learn and refer, finally I give some suggestion on the construction of Chinese law system about financial risk, expecting to perfect it.
