The Study On Entrepreneur Of Nanjing Rural Youth

Most of Chinese people live in rural countryside, which is the most obvious national circumstances. Agriculture, rural countryside and peasant are always the keen problem which relate to the development of the modernization and economic society. The strategic decision was made by the Fifth Session of the Sixteenth Central Committee of the CPC, which designed a new blueprint for our rural countryside. The most important measure to solve the three-dimensional rural issues is to develop the rural industry and to deal with the employment for the rural redundant labor force. Entrepreneurship will not only benefit to the rural development but also to increase the peasant income by broadening the new employing opportunities. The rural youth is the most young, energetic and vigorous, which make them to be the main, relying and major force of the rural prosperity and development. So it has very realistic significance to improve the quality and tap the potential of the rural youth by studying the rural youth's entrepreneurial circumstances.In this paper, the knowledge on economics, pubic policy, and management are applied. On the basis of these knowledge, I study the entrepreneurial circumstances of Lishui rural youth by questionnaires, informal discussion and interview. The contents includes entrepreneurial motivation, item choosing, capital raising, information gathering, etc. On these bases, I will try to search the reasons which hinder Lishui rural youth entrepreneur. I will also try to analyse the fundamental reasons in terms of entrepreneurial culture, regional economy, finance, information and technology, etc. which restrict the rural youth to entrepreneur. On these bases, I will try to give an answer to encourage the rural youth to entrepreneur by constituting a grass cadre team with high quality, amplifying the government's supporting, deepening the rural financial reform, improving the rural training, perfecting the serving system of information and technology, promoting entrepreneurial culture, etc. The innovation of this paper consists in regional exemplification significance by studying the reasons and searching the measures. Certainly, it is very meaningful to push modern transition from dual structure to homostyructure.
