Studies On The Contradiction Of Urban And Rural Dualistic Structure And "Three-agro" Problems In Wuhan City

During the process of fully constructing an easy society and taking the lead in realizing modernization, well resolving the problems that concerning agriculture, country and farmer is the sticking point. Wuhan which acts as a big city both in China and middle China, it's "three-agro" problem not only has a characteristics of university, but also assumes particularity. But the most extrude character is that contradiction of urban and rural dualistic structure has closely affiliation with "three-agro" problem, "three-agro" problem that exits in the contradiction of dualistic structure in the outskirts of Wuhan has shown some characters, such as a lacking of system supply, a short of market mechanism and macro policies. With the above constraints, we need new insights and ideas to wholly push the construction of an easy and modernization society. Under these circumstances, this article conducts a systematic and deeper study on the main characters, the reasons that forming the problem and a break through point that can resolve the problem on the bases of attempting to build theory support system that can waken the contradiction of dualistic structure and "three-agro" problem. This research is not only an amalgamation of different subjects which assumes a sense of innovation, but also it puts forward surrounding the "three-agro" problem some operable and constructive countermeasures.This study bases itself upon strong theoretical bases, such as current macro and micro economics, agro-economic, management, soil-economics, city-economics and other corresponding subjects. Under the condition of on the spot investigation and rich first hand information collection, by using of multiple experimental analyzing methods which include computation analysis, systematic analysis, comparative analysis, domain economic analysis, developing economic analysis and so on, this article initiatively sets up a general theory to weaken the contradiction and "three-agro" problem. On the bases of using for reference the theories of dualistic structure and urbanization of rural areas in developed countries and in China, this article puts emphasis on analyzing the relationship between weakening the contradiction and the "three-agro" problem in Wuhan. Aimed at the particularity that exists in outskirts of Wuhan, this article goes further to put forward the resolving method that by regarding farmers as the core part, and also this article constructs a theoretical support system to develop Wuhan "three-agro" problem by considering three important ways which include enhancing farmers' income, reducing farmers' amount and urbanization of rural areas. On the bases of above analyses, this article studies out from a macro level a plan as a whole strategic thought to develop urban and rural areas wholly and systematically. And also it prospects the future development ofWuhan "three-agro", conducts a quantitatively evaluation for the extent of easy process in outskirts of Wuhan and proposes some operable suggestions.Chapter one is a guide part, which is a summarize of subjects, background, theoretical gist, accordingly researches, methods, framework, innovation points and so on. Chapter two mainly reviews the status quo of Wuhan urban and rural dualistic division structure and analyzes the according history. It puts emphasis on analyzing the status quo of urban and rural dualistic division structure, and defines this kind of division by using quantitative analysis. It also qualitatively describes the basic characters that faces Wuhan urban and rural dualistic structure and dialyzes the reasons that promote the deposition.
