Research On The Government Information Disclosure System In China

In today's highly-developed information time, the Government, as the largest owner of the information, how to treat and use the government information rationally and effectively, is not only related to the government's own image, but also related to the whole country's political benefits and economic benefits. With the depth development of socialist construction, our government has gradually recognized the importance of government information disclosure. It is not only beneficial to the government to become rule-of-law government, service government and clean government to create a good self-image; to construct a fair competition, open and transparent market environment to promote the healthy development of market economy; more conducive to citizens' right to express to promote the development of democracy in China. As the promulgation and implementation of "PRC Regulations on Government Information Disclosure" in 2008, the government information disclosure has gradually embarked on the road of standardization.From the overview of the theories of government information disclosure system to start, combines with the recent heated debate of social case, through the development of our government information disclosure system, we can sum up the problems as follow:imperfect legislation of government information disclosure system; not enough positive actions of government; no security for public benefits. And then to analyze the causes, mainly included:not enough thinking and understanding; no special legislation for government information disclosure system; imperfect supervision and safeguard mechanism; excessive pressure on social environment. Finally, based on the factors of government information disclosure system construction, this paper will put forward some sound suggestions to improve our government information disclosure system. Suggestions are:promote awareness of government information disclosure system; speed up government information disclosure system legislation construction; improve government information disclosure mechanism; build a good environment for government information disclosure.
