The Research Of Law Issues In Development And Utilization Of Wing Energy

Energy, takes a decisive role in modernization construction, is the material basis of economic development and progress of human society, is the material resources of a country's economic, and is the basis of a country's sustainable development. However, with the rapid development of our country, energy was utilized by large quantity, lack of energy was a tough question confronted by mankind. Facing the pressure of energy crisis, environmental degradation and climate changes, China has launched implementing new energy development strategy; this is a trend of the era development and an inevitable choice of human beings. Wind energy is a kind of clean energy, and it's famous for widely distributed, small risk investment, high degree of technological maturity, and short cycle. Because the strong national policy support, wind power industry has made great progress. And according to the current practice of exploitation situation, wind energy has a bright future. In order to regulate and promote the development and utilization of wind energy, China has introduced a number of related legal and administrative documents. However, with China's rapid economic growth and increasing demand for energy, the existing legal provisions and regulatory documents have been unable to adapt to the new situation, and the wind energy industry also needs stronger laws to give its support to promote their development. Therefore, we should maintain a positive attitude to develop wind power, in order to promote its stable development, thus achieving energy and environmental sustainability. This paper chooses a fresh new point to research some law issues of wind power utilization, reveals the existing problems during the process of wind energy development and utilization through the study of wind energy situation and related legislation. The author puts forward the corresponding enforcement and countermeasures from the point of legislation. It is a structure adjustment of China energy to develop and utilize of wind power in China, and finally realize the coordinated development of the economy and the environment.
