Research On Concepts Of The Party's Governance In The Net Times

Ever since human society has entered the nineties of the twentieth century, the information technology revolution presents the trend of accelerated development, the net times has come. Net times with independent, open, interactive, virtual, and heterogeneity and other features. Five characteristics of the net times are decided to produce this effect: the network society has gradually become a new form of society; democratic politics of network is in the ascendant; Internet culture is becoming into a new cultural form; network economy has become the new economy.Things are divided into two, the influence on the concept of the ruling party of the internet is no exception, the Internet era of the party's governing philosophy has a double impact: on the one hand ,positive effects, such as the network allows greater room for development of democracy network to promote the scientific nature of governance, network governance practices to be more open, transparent and rule of law to promote the network to become the major driving forces building a harmonious society ; on the other hand, negative effects, such as the Internet age will pose challenges and risks for the governing party.Internet era to the practices of the governing party , it is an opportunity, but also a challenge. Communist Party of China should seize the opportunity to strengthen the concept of governance, to meet the challenges of the Internet age. In the Internet age, the governing party should strengthen the concepts of governance. Firstly, we should vigorously promote the politics of the network and strengthen democratic governance philosophy; Secondly, we should use network resources, change methods of the work, and strengthen scientific concept of governance; thirdly, we should use internet to implement democratic supervision, and strengthen the concept of governance according to law; Fourthly, the implementation of information technology governance practices, strengthening the idea of building a harmonious society should be included in it; Fifthly, to build the network coordination, cooperation mechanism and strengthen the concept of the risk of the governance are also needed . Ultimately,we should strengthen five concepts of governance to meet governing party's pursuit of this value targets for people, through strengthening the concepts of governance to improve the party's governing capability, and ultimately meet people's desires, safeguard their interests.Finally, the governing party should achieve the value target of governing for people.
