Ecological Marxism Requires Interpretation Of The Theory

The need theory of ecological Marxism is an important genre of the researches about need theories. In terms of value level, this thesis makes a holistic analysis for the need theory of ecological Marxism. Under the background of ecological Marxism, this thesis is intended to give an overview of the development of the need theory of ecological Marxism. It illustrates the starting point of this theory and the complete system of its development and change, which offers important enlightenments for the research of need theory. This thesis is composed of four chapters. The first chapter introduces the background of emergence of the need theory of ecological Marxism, which highlight the influence of times background to ecological Marxism. The second chapter gives the theoretical origin of the need theory of ecological Marxism, which makes source of theory clearly visible. The third chapter is the main body of this thesis, which starts from the concept of need and focuses on analyzing the real needs of human and dimensions of these needs in ecological Marxism. The last chapter points out the limitations of the need theory of ecological Marxism and its positive and practical significance.
