Property Declaration System Of China's Civil Service Perfect

Corruption is a major world problem. So far, Properties Declaration System is increasingly used to prevent corruption and bribery of civil servants in various countries, as the case in China. Comparing with punishing corruption, prevention of crime is more crucial. China's Properties Declaration System, in a manner, strengthened the supervision for civil servants at present. However, because of the simplification and deficiency of China's policies, Properties Declaration System in China cannot play its full role.The possibility and necessity of legislation about Properties Declaration System in China will be discussed deeply in this dissertation. At the same time, legislative foundation and the basis, the scope of the declaration and application procedures will be discussed. The real-name system and the implementation of death duties in China should be built in order to promote the development of Properties Declaration System.
