Protection Of The Housing Rights Of Citizens Under The Constitution As The Threshold

The definition of the right to housing is that everyone has the habitant right which is above the minimum standard to maintain his dignity life. The right to housing is a basic right of human. It has been approved by many national human right documents, and many countries. put it as a low in constitution to define the responsibility of government. There is no such right has been put into law till now, but China government still has the responsibility to protect the right of citizen .So the core opinions in this paper are that the housing rights should have its legalstatus in contemporary China, which are not only human rights ,but human's right andlegal rights, and that it will be the rights in reality .Moreover,housing rights are acomprehensive right, their establishment, respect and protection should be legalization, and the government has the duty to guaranteed individual and his family's rights to housing with dignity.
