Public security administrative coercive measures are important means that the organ realizes their administration, but the deficient at the theoretical research and the legislative make coercive measures more confused of using in practice. With the promulgation and implementation of"the administrative procedure law", the theory pays more attention to the compulsory administrative. Various kinds of views about administrative coercive measures, lays the foundation further for accelerating public security administration's legislating. The administrative coercive measures related to the rights of the person and property rights, there are many times to infringe the citizen's rights in practice. So, it needs further studied and discussed of the legal control to the compulsory administrative measures.This paper analyses the defects in the legislation combining theory with practice. At the first, this paper reveals the connotation and denotation of the public security compulsory administrative measures from the public security compulsory administrative measures concept and characteristics. At the same time the paper reviews and classified the current legislation in the public security compulsory administrative measures to analyze the concept, characteristics and the types of the public security compulsory administrative measures. In the second part of this article, it analyzes the problems existing in the program in the entity and the problems. And in the third part, it pays attention to the control measures and ways of the police compulsory administrative measures, in order to attract attention in future legislation.
