Our research institutions of the core resource is the knowledge capital, in the knowledge economy mainstream tendency, the research institution knowledge capital to promote the development and utilization of unit of core competitiveness, has the extremely vital significance. Therefore, as the main carrier of intellectual capital, institution in human resources management is about the establishment of the knowledge-type employees incentive system is particularly important. Our institution in this aspect work past obviously does not arrive, the formulation of relevant incentive system without based on knowledge employee behavior characteristics and demand characteristics based on sufficient analysis, causes our country teaching-centred institution talent management work still cannot meet the institution reform development needs.Based on modern human resources management incentive theory, first analysis under the guidance of our contemporary knowledge staff behavior and characteristics of needs to study, and research institution knowledge staff incentive system needed related theory, put forward the principle that descriptive theory; Secondly institutions to present situation of knowledge-based employees incentive system, a comprehensive summary described in China's current most knowledgeable staff teaching-centred institution in incentive system is the existing problems and problems cause,; The province is the introduction of the fourth chapter in a research institution of knowledge-based employees incentive system, this paper studies the successful experience for reference, provide practical cases target extract from case successful hope general positive factor; The fifth chapter is in a combination of the chapters, based on the contents of spiritual and material level respectively suitable for our system proposed research institution knowledge staff incentive system, establishing principle and measures to achieve final research goal.
