A lot of enterprises face certain talent's crisis more or less. Talents' management is considered the biggest" bottleneck " to restrict the development of an enterprise. The course of managing talents is how to excite talents' working enthusiasm, initiative, creativity. The result of study of James, famous scholar of U.S.A., shows: under the distribution system of calculating payment according the work-time, the staffs personal potentiality only gave play to 20%-30%, but through appropriate motivation, staffs' personal latent energy can give play to 80%-90% .Range disparity is up to 60% .So, motivating can arouse people's subjective initiative, strengthen the behavior, thus raise labor productivity remarkably. So it is the key that the enterprise makes to success in management under the present economic environment.This paper pays close attention to an important respect in the human capacity building of the enterprise —impel the knowledge type staffs that have the present manpower capital to have more outputs — motivating knowledge type staffs. In era of knowledge-driven economy, the manpower capital of knowledge type staffs is the important enterprise value-added source, and motivating can make enterprise have bigger outputs on the premise of original manpower capital.This paper has carried on overall and systematic research on motivating the knowledge type staffs of enterprise of our country. At first, the meaning and purpose and the situation both at home and abroad that the study have been explained at first, probe into the characteristic of knowledge type staffs, their demand characteristic, behavior characteristic and some relevant motivational theories approved by international community. Secondly, on the basis of fully analyzing motivation current situation to knowledge type staffs both at home and abroad, put forward some questions, and the reasons of causing these questions. Moreover, this paper constructs a comprehensive new "6w" innovation mechanism model and provides a model about innovation precept mix in the process of innovation precept analysis to increase the maneuverability of the innovation precept .The last, make positive research to Kunming holy fire pharmacy Co., Ltd., about that they how to motivate their staffs in order to strengthen the operation and feasibility of the countermeasures proposed further. This is a typical high-tech enterprise, its staffs take the overwhelming majority with knowledge type staffs. This make thecountermeasure of suiting the knowledge type staff of our country put forward behind more feasibleThis paper thinks, if we want to motivate the working enthusiasm, initiative, creativity of knowledge type staff really, it is must to define to their real needs and their real ideas, set up a set of effectual incentive systems, strengthen their working enthusiasm and centripetal force in enterprise , let professional persons carry out. Only in this way, could it play a desirable role really.
