Penal Registration is the lawsuit procedure that the police or judicial authority put cases related to stuff of accusing and cop-out on record to investigate and judge in accordance with the law. Literally, it is namely to assure it is a criminal case.However,the penal registration issue is often neglected because of its perfect combination between the definition and its literal meaning.In legal practice, it is a fact that some cases are penal registered without legal results. According to Criminal procedure law, penal registration enables some legal authority to take compulsory measures or other investigation or to accuse and judge suspects .Undoubtedly, Penal registration have much effect on lawsuit parties. This dissertation treat this kind of effect as the validation based on penal registration So when is the validation based on penal registration terminated under investigation ? what kind of limitation attached to its legal cover? And how is the validation based on penal registration transferred and enforced between legal authorities.The dissertation is focused on the questions above in four chapters : the first chapter discuss the definition,significance and condition of the validation based on penal registration, to put forward some personal view and advice based on other previous research. The second part is focused on the effect related to the validation based on penal registration during criminal procedure. The third chapter is to discuss its time and location of the validation based on penal registration, putting forward personal view. The final part is to center on how the validation based on penal registration transferred and covered between legal authorities.
