Research On The Present Situation, Problems And Counter Measures Democratic Party Organizations At The Grass-Roots Level's Construction And Management

The Democratic Party's basic-level organization is the basic cell, it's the democratic party's organizational foundation and work foundation. The construction of the primary-level organization is also the vital content of the construction of the democratic party, improve the overall's quality and play to the Democratic Party in state political life in the role of the participating parties an important guarantee at the better.In this paper, we take the theory of organizational structure,theory of united front and the theory of general management and he theory of motivation as the basis theory. Meanwhile, it takes the base organizations of China's Democratic League in Changsha for the study, and for some thinking on how to construct and manage it. At first, we have investigated and analysed the base organizations of Changsha's Democratic League, including Status and problems, through the way of questionnaires and interviews. Then, we should analyze the causes of the problems on internal oversight mechanisms,leading group construction,grassroots organization incentive,ideological and cultural construction,external communication channels and so on. Finally on how to strengthen Democratic Party Organizations at the grass-roots level management, we mainly put forward some measures from the ideological style construction and organization construction of system and the team construction.
