Study On Current Situation And Prevention Of Young Students' Cyber Crime

The third technological revolution brought about the rapid development of information technology, and human society stepped from the industrial age into the times of information, knowledge, thus the network emerged. As every coin has two sides, on one hand, the internet has narrowed the distance between countries in the world with its unique nature, and has changed people's way of life and production; on the other hand, when it has brought people convenience, it also triggered a series of serious social problems, such as internet crimes. In recent years, the countries attach great importance to the harm caused by cyber crime to prevent and combat the growing of network crime. This has become a serious challenge of governments and a new topic of modern crime countermeasures.As the Young student population is the largest group of internet users, student's cyber crime has rapidly spread in the student groups with the rapid development of information and means of the popularization of science and technology and become a new trend of cyber crime. In China, with China's speeding up of the process of social construction of information, crime among students has become increasingly prominent, that seriously affected the construction of harmonious society and healthy development of students. In order to promote social harmony and sustainable development and to curb high state cyber crime among students, research on student's cyber crime's causes and prevention strategies has become urgency.Based on the above analysis and the sociological point of view, this article has interestedly used multi-disciplinary research, comparison and analysis, theory with practice method, literature and other research methods, and has made a deep discussion on the status of our student's cyber crime and its prevention. Firstly, the article discusses the theory related to student cyber crime in China briefly, on the basis of a scientific definition of the meaning of cyber crime, the article analyzes the necessity of preventing our students from cyber crime and stresses that the prevention of student cyber crime is a necessary requirement for protecting the safety of network, securing the healthy growth of youth, safeguarding social stability and economic operation order. Secondly, the article fatherly analyzes status and causes of student cyber crime, it considers that student cyber crime in China has new trends, such as the low age, rapid growth, diversification of crime and the use of web production, dissemination of pornography,pornographic materials. These problems are the interaction effects of politics, law, society, economy, student self-concept and other factors. At last, the article describes measures to prevent our students from cyber crime on the basis of introducing foreign experience, including strengthening prevention and control of the law, society, education, technology four aspects etc. In the current increasingly serious situation of student cyber crime,our research will provide a useful theoretical reference and practical reference for promoting the orderly and healthy operation of the network society and preventing students from cyber crime.
