A Research On Jiangmen Consumer Right Protection

In recent years, with the rising CPI and emerging new patterns of consumption such as online shopping , profound changes have taken place in the consumer market and the protection of consumers' rights and interests faces constant problems and great challenges. On the other hand, the existing consumer protection system , which has run for years, needs improvement up to the new demands. Therefore, in the area of the protection of consumers' rights and interests, the contradiction beteen the appeal and system is becoming sharper and sharper. The author,as a first-line adminstrator in Jiangmen Administry for Industry and Commerce, is familiar with the protection of consumers'rights and interests. Therefore, based on current status of the protection system of consumers' rights and interests, from the fact of limited government and resources, this paper tries to analyse existing problems, pratical operation and improvement methods. Meanwhile, it aims at fully performance of operating functions, safe environment of consumption and harmonious developments of the society and economy.Part one, overview of theory, introducing the concept of the protection of consumers'rights and interests, as well as the theory and meaning.Part two, from working experience, the author anlyses current status of the protection system of consumers' rights and interests in Jiangmen, points out existing problems, and introduces representative practices of other countries and regions such as USA, German, Hongkong and Guangzhou for reference.Part three, corresponding perfection measures, in terms of building, educationg, service and supervision to strengthen organizations, in order to put forward the protection of consumers'rights and interests.
