How to make the community order to continuously adapt to the current complex security situation, and effectively resolve the new problems in community order, which has become an important subject in study on social order.The paper aims at some problems about community order in current Urumqi city, selects the Guodao community as the research object, through analyzing its security innovation practice, explores community order innovation thought, mechanism construction and working mode about the Urumqi area as well as minority area, in order to provide certain reference and reference for harmonious society's construction.The paper refers to the community order innovation is not a created community order mechanism, but the summary, development, creative process of present community order work experience, is also the community order mechanism construction that according to actual practice, adopts new ideas, methods, measures, and timely adjusts public security system, to adapt to the new situation of community order, solve new problems, exert new ability. Firstly, the paper researches the theory on community order innovation, and then it summarizes the practice of community order innovation on basis of analyzing problem of Guodao community′s community order.
